Young Art For A Good Cause is an exhibition of young artists wanting to make the world a more beautiful place, in more than one way.

The exhibition is an initiative taken by the network Young Investors, a membership based organisation which aims to attract young people investing in social entrepreneurship and willing to network for their own future. Their goal, in their own words, is to promote social entrepreneurship, global sustainability, give aid to global organisations working for equality and to end poverty and hunger as well as give aid to organisations and people working for education and social entrepreneurship.

The Young Art exhibition will be held in a 250 square meter venue which will be covered with the donated work of up-and-coming artists. All art will be for sale, with the proceeds being invested in social entrepreneurship, both locally and globally, through Young Investors.

Participants from schools such as Konstfack, Berghs, Konsthögskolan, Nyckelviken, Stockholms Fotoskola, Grafikskolan and Fantasihuset will be on site during the exhibiitons, as will the initiators from the Young Investors network.

When: Exhibition opens November 26th and goes until Sunday 29th.12noon-7pm daily.

Auction: All work will be for sale and will be auctioned off Saturday 28th 2pm.

Where: Park Venue, Engelbrektsgatan 9-11, Stockholm.

Why: By donating a piece of their work artists will have a unique opportunity to publicise their art and help others at the same time.
